1.1. Welcome to the website www.zoharpianos.com (hereinafter - the "Site"). The Site is operated by Zohar Pianos Company (hereinafter - the "Company" or "Site Operator").
1.2. Use of the site and the services provided therein is subject to your acceptance of the terms of use detailed in these regulations.
1.3. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. Starting to use the site indicates your agreement and confirmation of all the terms contained therein.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to update the Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The updated Terms of Use will enter into force upon their publication on the Site.
1.5. The masculine gender in these Terms and Conditions is for convenience only, and the terms apply to all users of the Site.
Terms of use of the website

2.2. Registration as a subscriber is permitted from the age of 13 and above. By registering, the user declares that they are over 13 years of age.

5.3. Ordering acoustic pianos is done directly through the store only.
Deliveries and cancellations
6.1. Delivery times are up to 7 business days, excluding delays beyond the company's control.
6.2. Cancellation of a transaction can be made within 14 days, subject to presentation of an invoice and provided that the product has not been opened or damaged, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
6.3. The return can be made directly to the store or via courier, subject to payment of shipping fees.
6.4. In the event of cancellation of a transaction, the consumer's money will be refunded, excluding a cancellation fee of 10% of the cost of the product.
Jurisdiction
7.1. Any legal matter arising from use of the site will be subject to Israeli law only.
7.2. The exclusive jurisdiction will be in the courts of Tel Aviv and the Dan Bloc area.
Additional notes
8.1. The Company may update the structure of the website, its services and terms of use without prior notice.
8.2. Use of the site is conditional on agreement to these Terms and Conditions, and any violation thereof may lead to suspension or blocking of user access.
