Zohar Pianos Plus is a tuning and care membership, with reminders from us throughout the year, designed for pianos bought at Zohar Pianos. The first tuning after a move comes one to two weeks after arrival, and the membership continues from there.
Three small questions bring clarity: who plays and how often, where the piano will stand, and what you want to discover before deciding.
Choosing in a single visit
The shortest path to a decision runs through one room with several pianos. Come to 28 Ben Atar, tell us about your home, who plays and when, and play several pianos. Often half an hour in the room is enough to know whether to buy, rent, or keep exploring. You are welcome to come just to listen and get advice, and to bring your piano teacher along.
Acoustic, Silent or digital
The choice between buying and renting goes hand in hand with the type of piano. An acoustic piano offers a real hammer action and a wide dynamic range, from pianissimo to forte. Buying
Buy when it is already clear where the piano will stand, who plays and when, and what the budget includes - piano, moving, first tuning and a bench. A well-chosen acoustic piano accompanies the home for many years, from the first lesson to advanced repertoire, so it is worth choosing it for the playing you aspire to. Every piano move we do is fully insured from start to finish with comprehensive coverage, at no extra cost - so you are covered, protected and completely at ease.

Renting
Renting from the store suits parents of a child starting lessons, adults returning to playing after a break, anyone torn between acoustic and digital, and anyone who wants to live with a piano at home before deciding. A quality piano from the very start turns practice into a pleasure, and helps you discover how much playing becomes part of daily life.
Home rental starts from about 199 ₪ a month, with no commitment, and if you buy later, up to six months of rent can be credited, as agreed. We match the piano together: who plays, how much, and in which room. Details: piano rental.
A small tip: decide in advance what you want to discover - a practice routine, touch, playing hours - and set a decision point after a month or two. That way the rental becomes a getting-to-know-you period with a clear purpose, and the choice that follows comes from real experience at home.

A month or two with a piano at home teaches a great deal: which hours you love to play, how the sound behaves in the room, how often the children go to it on their own, and what kind of touch your hands like to give. When you reach the decision point with these answers, choosing your next piano - or the one already standing in the living room - feels natural.
